Squirrels are the acrobats of the trees. They leap from branch to branch, use their bushy tail for balance and can even run head first down a tree trunk. In autumn they bury hundreds of nuts and acorns for winter and forget quite a few of them, which helps new trees grow. Our squirrel coloring pages show red squirrels with tufted ears, gray squirrels in the park, squirrels holding acorns and cute cartoon squirrels. Use reddish brown or gray for the fur and add autumn leaves in yellow and orange.
